The Fun and the Joy!

Finally, the last piece of the puzzle has fallen into place.  When you go off to do one of these project you rank things in there order of difficulty as you plan out your timeline.  For us the hardback book was low on the list of things that would have given us hiccups. Colin had his fun adding content, which I think most have agreed isn't a bad thing, but the true fun came when we went to do something we have done now 7 times before pretty much 0 problems. Till this one! Granted it was our first hardback, but that only really changes the cover layout.  Everything else stays pretty much the same, but between server issues at the print house or battles with which export format we were using we ran into a buzz saw of gremlins.  But alas, just before we left last week for CincyCon we finally received the final hardback proof and it passed all the checks.  

We now can finally proudly present the 208pp 2.3lb bouncing baby Skirmish Ragers hardback complete edition, all ready for you to take out into the mean cruel world and kill zombies with!

With the proof approved, once our order arrives we will start packing them and sending out the invoices for shipping as your orders are ready.  For our Backers overseas we are looking into the options of having the print house direct ship your individual copies or having them added to the minis as one package.  Since the book came in at a hefty weight we want to confirm which option keeps shipping costs as reasonable as possible. Our print house has facilities both in the UK and in Australia, hence the reason why we are considering this option.

Fulfillment News!

Status

We wanted to give you the latest on where things stand with fulfillment.  Casting is over 90% complete at this time, so we are in good shape on that front. In fact we will more than likely being sending out shipping invoices for those of you in North America who pledged at one of the 5 figure groups by late this week or early next.  Overseas fulfillment will take place once a bulk shipment of castings can be put together and sent over to the respective distribution teams for individual Backer fulfillment.  This will more than likely occur within the next few weeks.

Military Ops - Year One

The only unexpected delay we have experienced is that Colin has gone and had a bit more fun with the Military Ops portion of the new hardcover version of the rules with supplements.  While it is exciting that we will have more content we had to pushback the submission of the book a bit.  Since this is our first hardcover publication we are going to review a full hardcover proof of the book to make sure everything in the layout turns out as expected.  So we apologize for not being able to go into full fulfillment mode in January as planned, but we will endeavor to make every effort to minimize the delay.

Shipping Invoices

As your pledge is ready to go out you will receive an invoice that will be sent to the email address we have from the Pledge Manager.  Once payment is received for shipping your pledge will be shipped within 2 business days to the "Ship to:" address you provided to BackerKit.

Pledge Managers at 79% Returned
